Product Description
DSR’s 45 # steel precision gear is made of high-quality national standard 45 # carbon structural steel as raw material, and is manufactured through multiple processes such as precision forging, CNC machining, and heat treatment. In the heat treatment process, we adopt advanced quenching and tempering technology to precisely control the heating temperature and cooling rate, so as to achieve the ideal hardness gradient distribution of the product. The tooth surface is precision ground and the surface roughness is controlled within Ra1.6 μ m. Combined with a special phosphating treatment process, the wear resistance and service life of the product are greatly improved.
During the product processing, we use high-precision CNC gear hobbing machines and grinding equipment imported from Germany to ensure that the machining accuracy of each tooth profile meets DIN 8 standards. We offer a variety of specifications ranging from module 1 to 10 for different application requirements, including straight and helical tooth designs.
